Attorney Hardeep S. Rai is the founder of this firm and has been practicing law since 1981, having received his law degrees from the  Delhi University Faculty of Law (LL.B ’80) and the  Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M. ’91); he was admitted to practice law in India in 1981, and in the States of California and New York, in 1993. 

Attorney Rai, has extensive experience appearing before different courts in India as well as the United States; he has published decisions to his credit and is admitted to practice before all the U.S. Immigration Courts and Department of Homeland Security offices in the United States. In addition, he is also admitted to practice before the  U.S. District Court for Northern California , the U.S. Federal Court of Appeals for the  Ninth Circuit , Third Circuit , Second Circuit  and the other different Circuit Court of Appeals in the United States. Attorney Rai, is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association , the  American Immigration Law Foundation , the  American Civil Liberties Union, the  South Asian Bar Association, the New York State Bar, the State Bar of California, the  Bar Council of India and a Charter Member of  TiE.
